Please review the following information prior to placing your order.
- Countries Supported: At this time, the United-Tech shopping cart is for US purchases only. If you wish to order product to be shipped outside of the Continental United States, please contact us by telephone at (918) 610-5205, by fax at (918) 610-5225, or via email for ordering and shipping information.
- Payment: The following forms of payment are accepted through our shopping cart: Visa, MasterCard, Check, Money Order, and Paypal. The PayPal option accepts ALL major credit cards and e-checks. If paying by check or e-check, please allow up to ten (10) days for clearance.
- Delivery Addresses: We ship to alternate delivery addresses as long as they are approved by your Credit Card company. Your account can hold up to five separate addresses for your convenience. Products ordered through the United-Tech Shopping Cart can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental United States. For overseas orders, please contact us.
- Purchase Orders: If you are a business wishing to use a Purchase Order Number, please contact us directly to place your order.
- Tax Exemption: If you are Tax Exempt, please fax, e-mail or mail exemption certificate.
- PO Box: We cannot ship to a PO Box. When ordering, please submit a street address for delivery.
- Shipping costs are FOB United-Tech, Inc., Tulsa, OK. Shipping rates vary based on the weight, transit mileage, service level and rural/nonrural delivery designation. The rates provided by the United-Tech Shopping Cart are the actual, published UPS rates in "real-time." For this reason, your shipping rates may vary from order to order.
- Tracking Shipment : A UPS Tracking Number will be provided via email once your order has been scheduled for delivery. UPS tracking systems and the information they contain are the private property of UPS, and United-Tech, Inc. disclaims any responsibility for possible errors or omissions generated the UPS Tracking System.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices indicated are in US Dollars.
- Sales Tax : Orders within the State of Oklahoma will be assessed the current State tax rate.
- Turnaround Time: Under normal circumstances, orders are typically shipped the day after receipt of the order. All orders not currently in stock will require a minimum lead time of 15 business days.
- All sales are final.
